• Discover eLearning uses Paypal and Stripe in order to process payments made through our online store. We do not directly store, process, view or handle credit card information at all. Personal data required to handle payment processing is handled by Stripe or PayPal depending on your own choice. • Discover eLearning uses Mailchimp for the purposes of marketing and customer communication. Mailchimp systems are fully GDPR compliant (https://mailchimp.com/gdpr/) . The option to be included as part of our ongoing marketing communications to you are completely your own choice, with mailing list enrolment set to be off by default unless you specifically select to ‘Opt In’ to this service during checkout. You can cancel and remove your personal contact details from any mailing list we may send at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link within the email.
If any of your personal data is required by a third party, as described above, we will take steps to ensure that your personal data is handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, our obligations, and the third party’s obligations under the law, as described above in Part 9.
